1. Can I put this right on my body?

Yes. It is made for the wild. It is safe and already has the carrier oil in it so you can use it right away.

2. Where do I put it?

Most efficient places for you to put the blend on your body are on:

your wrist palms
inside your elbows
forehead
temples

navel
kidneys
spine
Coxis
back of knees

I also like to put them on my feet.

If you feel a weak area in your body, you can put it there.

You can also put it directly on the energy center or chakra it is co-ordinated with.

3. What if I'm afraid to use it? I'm very sensitive.

Smell it first. Get a good sense of it for you. Then, start with a little at a time. In a few places. Start with one roll, just lightly and go from there.
